- 2 cans (5 oz each) white albacore tuna in water (drained)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, parsley, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form balls: Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and firm. Alternatively, pan-fry in a little olive oil over medium heat until crispy and heated through.
