- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare the tea: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the tea bags and steep for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
- Make the milk tea: Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk, honey/sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Finish and serve: Remove from heat, strain if using loose-leaf tea. Pour into mugs, garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired, and serve warm.
