Description

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water

Assembly:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season the Beef: Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  3. Prepare Tortillas: Warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble Meximelts: Place seasoned beef, cheese, and pico de gallo down the center of each tortilla. Fold and roll tightly.
