- 1½ pounds baby potatoes
Seasoning:

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the potatoes: Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Smash the potatoes: Transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet and gently flatten each one with the bottom of a glass or measuring cup.
- Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the potatoes: Brush or spoon the seasoning mixture over the smashed potatoes.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
