Ingredients

Sushi Rice:

1 cup sushi rice

Rice Seasoning:

2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt

Spicy Salmon:

6 ounces sushi-grade salmon, diced, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha

Avocado-Cucumber Mix:

1/2 avocado, diced, 1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Garnish:

1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, nori strips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Sushi Rice: Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into warm rice. Let cool.
  2. Prepare Spicy Salmon: Combine diced salmon with mayonnaise and sriracha.
  3. Make Avocado-Cucumber Mix: Mix avocado, cucumber, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the Stack: Layer rice, avocado-cucumber mix, and spicy salmon in a mold. Flip onto a plate and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
