Instructions
- Prepare the Stir Fry: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until browned. Add onion, garlic, jalapeños, and red bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat, add feta, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
