Instructions

- Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low. Cook uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and glossy.
- Finish and Store: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let cool completely, then transfer to a clean jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
