  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F to prepare for roasting the chickpeas.
  2. Dry Chickpeas: Lay the drained chickpeas on a paper towel and thoroughly dry them to ensure they crisp up during baking. Toss with olive oil, then spread them out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Initial Bake: Bake the chickpeas for 25 minutes to start the roasting process.
  4. Mix Spices: In a small bowl, combine the paprika, sea salt, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic powder, coriander, and allspice, stirring well to blend all the flavors.
