Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F to prepare for roasting the chickpeas.
- Dry Chickpeas: Lay the drained chickpeas on a paper towel and thoroughly dry them to ensure they crisp up during baking. Toss with olive oil, then spread them out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Initial Bake: Bake the chickpeas for 25 minutes to start the roasting process.
