  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
  2. Add Sauce and Pasta: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Simmer, then add macaroni. Cook covered until pasta is tender.
  3. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar cheese if desired. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
