- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Add Sauce and Pasta: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Simmer, then add macaroni. Cook covered until pasta is tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar cheese if desired. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
