- 3 green onions, white parts sliced and green parts chopped

- 6 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
- 12-16 frozen potstickers or dumplings (vegetable or meat)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Soup: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the white parts of the green onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add Broth and Seasonings: Pour in the broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook the Potstickers: Add the frozen potstickers and shredded carrots. Simmer until potstickers are cooked through.
- Finish the Soup: Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
