Description

Delicious and easy to make pizza rolls filled with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and flavorful seasonings. These bite-sized treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family meal.

Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough

Filling:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll Out Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Add Sauce and Fillings: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle with cheeses, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Roll and Cut: Roll the dough into a log, slice into rolls, and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Brush the rolls with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
