- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll Out Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Add Sauce and Fillings: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle with cheeses, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll and Cut: Roll the dough into a log, slice into rolls, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush the rolls with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
