Description

Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss gently and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
