Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- Green food coloring (optional)
Topping:
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine crushed biscuits, melted butter, salt, and Earl Grey tea. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Make the Filling: Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave. Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring, then pour over the crust.
- Add Topping: Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set. Slice and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger Earl Grey flavor, steep the tea in the melted butter before mixing.
