  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Topping:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine crushed biscuits, melted butter, salt, and Earl Grey tea. Press into the pan to form the crust.
  2. Make the Filling: Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave. Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring, then pour over the crust.
  3. Add Topping: Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top.
