- 20 slices pepperoni

Instructions
- Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the croissant rolls.
- Prepare Croissants. Unroll the croissant dough triangles from the package and place them onto an ungreased baking sheet, keeping the shape intact.
- Add Fillings. On each triangle, evenly place shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, making sure to leave the edges of the dough clear for rolling.
- Season and Roll. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the mozzarella and pepperoni. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly toward the tip to form the croissant rolls.
- Bake. Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown, and the cheese has melted inside.
- Cool and Serve. Let the croissant rolls cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving to avoid burns and allow the cheese to set slightly.
