Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or one 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
