- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed chocolate mini eggs (plus more for topping)
- Pastel sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Whipped Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Make Cream Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream mixture to lighten it. Then fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully combined.
- Assemble Parfaits: In small glasses, jars, or parfait cups, layer the dessert: start with a few brownie cubes, then spoon in a layer of the cream cheese whipped mixture, and sprinkle with crushed mini eggs. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Chill and Serve: Top each parfait with additional crushed mini eggs and pastel sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to set.
