  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:

  • 1 sleeve (about 30) buttery round crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

For Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix casserole ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in shredded chicken.
  3. Spread mixture in baking dish: Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Prepare topping: In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter until coated.
  5. Add topping and bake: Sprinkle the cracker topping over the casserole. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Rest and garnish: Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
