Description

Little Caesars Crazy Puffs are delicious, bite-sized pizza cups made by baking pizza dough filled with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings in a muffin tin. These easy-to-make pizza puffs are perfect as an appetizer or party snack and capture the classic flavors of pepperoni pizza in a fun, handheld form.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni (or chopped pepperoni)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare muffin tin: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  2. Shape dough cups: Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and cut it into 8 even squares. Press each square into a muffin tin cup, gently pushing the dough down and up the sides to form a cup shape.
  3. Fill dough cups: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into each dough cup. Top each with a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of mini pepperoni.
  4. Season and top: Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a bit of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each filled cup.
  5. Bake the puffs: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Brush with butter and garnish: Remove the muffin tin from the oven and immediately brush each puff with melted butter. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
  7. Cool and serve: Let the Crazy Puffs cool for a few minutes in the pan before removing and serving warm.

Notes

  • You can customize the filling with sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
  • Serve with extra warm marinara sauce or garlic butter for dipping.
  • These puffs are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
