Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine and bake: Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
