1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
For Serving:
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 cups cooked white rice
1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

- Simmer and Serve: Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat. Serve the beef over bowls of warm cooked rice. Top with shredded carrots, steamed broccoli, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Add kimchi or a fried egg on top for extra flavor.
- Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb version.
