Slaw Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Slaw Mix
- 14-16 ounces coleslaw mix or finely shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup chopped red onions
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare Dressing: In a fairly large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
- Add Vegetables: Add the coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage, chopped red onions, finely chopped jalapenos, and fresh cilantro to the bowl with the dressing.
- Toss Ingredients: Gently toss all ingredients together until the cabbage mixture is thoroughly coated with the dressing and evenly mixed.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapenos to control the spiciness of the slaw.
- For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapenos before chopping.
