Description

These Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic jalapeño popper appetizer. Creamy, cheesy, and with a hint of spice, these rolls make the perfect party snack or game day treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit or crescent roll dough

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Additional:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Flatten each portion of dough into a circle. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center, fold the dough over the filling, seal the edges, and roll into a ball.
  4. Bake: Brush the rolls with egg wash, then bake for 13–16 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in or use pickled jalapeños.
  • These rolls are great as appetizers, game day snacks, or party bites.
