Description

A refreshing and creamy Iced Peach Colada made with frozen peaches, pineapple juice, and coconut milk, perfect for a tropical summer treat. This easy-to-make beverage can be enjoyed as a mocktail or cocktail with the addition of white rum, offering a sweet and frosty delight garnished with peach slices and shredded coconut.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1–2 tbsp cream of coconut (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Optional for Cocktail Version

  • 1 oz white rum

Garnish

  • Peach slice
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen peaches, pineapple juice, coconut milk, cream of coconut if using, and ice to the container.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no large ice chunks.
  3. Add Rum for Cocktail Version: If making a cocktail, pour in 1 oz of white rum before blending and blend again to mix evenly.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the colada and adjust sweetness by adding more cream of coconut if desired.
  5. Serve: Pour the blended colada into a chilled glass.
  6. Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish with a peach slice and a sprinkle of shredded coconut, then serve immediately for best freshness and flavor.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use light coconut milk and omit the cream of coconut to reduce calories and sweetness.
  • Fresh peaches can be used instead of frozen; increase the ice amount to maintain a frosty texture.
  • Make a mocktail by skipping the rum to keep the drink non-alcoholic.
