  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 very ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Blend Base Ingredients: Combine the raw cacao powder, Medjool dates, ripe bananas, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and smooth.
  2. Add Ice and Blend: Add the ice cubes to the blended mixture. Blend again on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the ice is fully broken down and the shake becomes frothy and creamy.
  3. Serve and Garnish: Pour the shake into glasses immediately. Optionally, top with dried raspberries, cacao nibs, or fresh fruit for added texture and flavor. Serve immediately to enjoy the best freshness.
