Description

These Frozen Mango Yogurt Pops are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days. Made with fresh or frozen mango chunks blended with creamy Greek yogurt, a touch of honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and a hint of vanilla, these popsicles are naturally sweetened and packed with flavor. They are easy to make, gluten-free, vegetarian, and perfect for a no-bake snack that you can enjoy anytime.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the mango, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract if using, and a pinch of salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend: Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed.
  3. Pour Into Molds: Pour the smooth mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.
  4. Insert Sticks: Place the sticks into the molds securely.
  5. Freeze: Freeze the molds for at least 4–6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
  6. Unmold and Serve: To release the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water. Serve immediately or keep them frozen for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • You can swirl in extra yogurt or chunks of mango for added texture before freezing.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt to make these popsicles vegan.
