Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour, knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the Rolls: Divide dough, shape into balls, and place in a baking dish. Let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake rolls for 18–20 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter.
Notes
- For extra richness, substitute half of the milk with heavy cream.
