Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Meat: Brown ground beef and sausage in a large oven-safe skillet. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sauté Veggies: Add onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Season: Stir in thyme, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add Rice and Liquids: Mix in uncooked rice, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Bake: Simmer mixture, cover, and bake for 35–40 minutes until rice is tender.
- Fluff and Serve: Fluff rice with a fork and serve hot.
