Description

This Easy and Irresistible Mint Oreo Bark is a quick and delightful treat combining creamy white chocolate with crunchy Mint Oreo cookies. Perfect for festive occasions or a sweet snack, this no-bake bark comes together in minutes and offers a refreshing minty twist with optional toppings for extra flair.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 24 oz white chocolate chips or almond bark
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract (optional)

Toppings

  • 20 Mint Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • Optional: green sprinkles
  • Optional: chocolate drizzle
  • Optional: crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
  2. Chop Oreos: Roughly chop the Mint Oreo cookies and set aside for mixing and topping.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each to avoid burning, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Add Mint Extract and Oreos: Stir in the mint extract if using, then fold in two-thirds of the chopped Oreos into the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Spread Mixture: Pour the chocolate and Oreo mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about ¼-inch thickness.
  6. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining chopped Oreos and any optional toppings like green sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, or crushed candy canes over the bark. Gently press them into the chocolate to adhere.
  7. Chill and Set: Refrigerate the bark for 20–30 minutes until firm. Once set, break into approximately 20 pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate chips or almond bark according to preference; almond bark melts smoothly and sets quickly.
  • The mint extract is optional but enhances the mint flavor beyond the Oreo cookies.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator to keep it firm.
  • Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings such as nuts or festive sprinkles.
  • Breaking the bark into pieces is easiest once it is fully chilled and firm.
