Crispy Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced thin
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for pan-frying)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sliced bell peppers, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated. Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them.
- Roll each burrito tightly by folding in the sides, then rolling from the bottom up.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with extra ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
