Pasta:
- 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
Steak:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank, thinly sliced)
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Garnish:
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare steak: Season sliced steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add buffalo sauce, honey, heavy cream, sour cream, paprika, and onion powder. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Stir in mozzarella and cheddar until smooth. Add pasta and steak, toss to coat.
