- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare stuffing: In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella or Parmesan, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill salmon: Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet, fill with seafood mixture, drizzle with olive oil, season, and place in baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until salmon is cooked and filling is golden.
