Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine: Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
  2. Sear Chicken: Season chicken with spices and cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return chicken to skillet, add linguine. Toss to coat. Add herbs and Parmesan. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
