Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add milk if needed to bind the mixture.
- Optional Swirl: Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. For swirl, make an indentation in each bite, pipe cream cheese mixture, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Chill: Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
