Description

These Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites are the ultimate no-bake snack, combining the flavors of a classic cinnamon roll with the benefits of a protein-packed treat. Easy to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

Rolled Oats:

1 cup

Vanilla Protein Powder:

1/2 cup

Almond Flour:

1/4 cup

Ground Cinnamon:

1 tablespoon

Sea Salt:

1/4 teaspoon

Almond Butter:

1/3 cup

Maple Syrup:

1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract:

1 teaspoon

Milk of Choice:

2 tablespoons (as needed)

Cream Cheese (softened, optional for swirl):

2 tablespoons

Powdered Sugar (optional for swirl):

1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add milk if needed to bind the mixture.
  3. Optional Swirl: Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. For swirl, make an indentation in each bite, pipe cream cheese mixture, and swirl with a toothpick.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use dairy-free cream cheese or skip the swirl.
  • Freezer-friendly—store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Enhance flavor with nutmeg or chopped pecans.
