Description

These delicious Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones are a fun twist on traditional calzones, featuring a creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese all wrapped up in a crispy crust. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal!

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • olive oil or cooking spray (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Dough: Divide the pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 6–7-inch circle.
  3. Make Filling: Combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, cheeses, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Fill Dough: Spoon filling onto half of each dough circle, fold over, and crimp edges.
