- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Cheese Mixture:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 4–6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- Chopped green onions or fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare cauliflower: Steam or microwave cauliflower florets until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Mix cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in jalapeños, bacon, and cauliflower.
- Bake: Spread mixture in baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving. Garnish with green onions or parsley.

- For a spicier dish, keep jalapeño seeds or add cayenne.
