Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease.
- Prepare the batter: Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fill muffin cups: Evenly divide batter among muffin cups.
- Add streusel topping: Mix streusel ingredients and sprinkle over muffin batter.
